Cost Analysis & Value Analysis
Dr. Manuel Lutz looks back on 16 years of experience in Procurement, value analysis and cost optimization. As an Industrial Engineer with an MBA and a PhD in Cost Analysis from the Technical University of Munich (TUM), he combines scientific rigor with practical expertise. He built up and successfully managed a team of over 20 FTEs in Procurement cost analysis for machine manufacturers (AGCO). In addition, he has managed more than 15 cost reduction programs and performed more than 350 cost calculations. His expertise spans complexity reduction, portfolio optimization and turnaround management in various industries. Furthermore, he has strategically designed and implemented Procurement transformations aimed at realizing sustainable efficiency gains in companies.
Organizational Development & Procurement
Jan-Henner Theißen combines28 years of experience in Procurement, value contribution and cost optimization with over 15 years of leadership responsibility in global organizations. He is an accomplished expert in the optimization of Procurement strategies and cost structures. Among other things, he built up and successfully managed a team of over 20 FTEs in Procurement Cost Analysis for machine manufacturers (AGCO). He also established similar structures in the automotive industry (Benteler) and developed the Cost Engineering Function with 200 FTE. With the successful implementation of more than 10 cost optimization programs and leadership of over 15 restructurings and procurement transformations, he has made a significant contribution to increasing efficiency and sustainably reducing costs in companies.
Cost Management & Procurement
Christian Dickau can draw on 18 years of experience in the areas of Procurement, increasing value contribution and cost optimization. As a project manager and trainer in the corporate environment as well as in medium-sized companies, he has specialized in the development and implementation of Procurement and Category Management strategies with a strong focus on cost efficiency. He has also established Procurement projects and implementation controlling processes.
In his role as Head of Procurement Controlling in an MDAX company, he successfully managed the value contribution of Procurement and achieved significant savings. He brings extensive experience as a trainer for practical price and cost analyses in Procurement. In addition, he has been involved in more than 15 restructurings, Procurement transformations and post merger integrations and thus contributed significantly to the strategic development of Procurement organizations.
