Organizational Development & Procurement
Jan-Henner Theißen bringt 28 Jahre Erfahrung in Einkauf, Wertbeitrags- und Kostenoptimierung sowie über 15 Jahre Führungsverantwortung in globalen Organisationen mit. Er hat umfassende Expertise in der Optimierung von Beschaffungsstrategien und Kostenstrukturen. Unter anderem baute er die Kostenanalyse im Einkauf für Maschinenhersteller (AGCO) mit einem Team von über 20 FTE auf und leitete sie. Ebenso etablierte er ähnliche Strukturen in der Automobilbranche (Benteler) und entwickelte dort das Cost Engineering mit 200 FTE. Mit der erfolgreichen Durchführung von mehr als 10 Kostenoptimierungsprogrammen sowie der Leitung von über 15 Restrukturierungen und Einkaufstransformationen trägt er maßgeblich zur Effizienzsteigerung und nachhaltigen Kostensenkung in Unternehmen bei.
Cost Management & Procurement
Christian Dickau can draw on 18 years of experience in the areas of Procurement, increasing value contribution and cost optimization. As a project manager and trainer in the corporate environment as well as in medium-sized companies, he has specialized in the development and implementation of Procurement and Category Management strategies with a strong focus on cost efficiency. He has also established Procurement projects and implementation controlling processes.
In his role as Head of Procurement Controlling in an MDAX company, he successfully managed the value contribution of Procurement and achieved significant savings. He brings extensive experience as a trainer for practical price and cost analyses in Procurement. In addition, he has been involved in more than 15 restructurings, Procurement transformations and post merger integrations and thus contributed significantly to the strategic development of Procurement organizations.
